Please tell us a little about yourself:

I've been working in the coffee industry for 5 years. I started working on a coffee shop in Madrid, Spain. And now I have my own Roastery, called Nubra Coffee Roasters. I've been following competitions for a few years and always felt exciting, this year I decided to compete to learn more about myself, about coffee and connect with people who love coffee as much as I do.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Visit BOUCHE and MOK, (coffee shops) and enjoy and rest for competition. And run in the morning!

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Running, reading and painting.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WCC?

My partner Diego Garcia Muñoz, who has been with me since day one. Helped me when I was stressed and celebrated with me everytime we found something unique. I love him, he's the best person in this world.

And Dimitris Prokopiou, my coach. I learnt so much about competitions, about coffee and even about myself. He believes in me and that is so powerful.
